Every first month of the year, I always have a New Year resolution about losing weight but I am always failed about my plan. This year, I promised myself to concentrate and be firm about it. Last Christmas, my husband gave me home fitness equipment as a Christmas present. He knows that I wanted to have one so he decided to buy one for me.
