Yam (Ube) May Help Cure Hypertension

Yam (ube) has a substance PhilRootcrops Protein (PRP-1) which shows potentials as a cure for hypertension. PRP-1 can be purified from cooked yam tubers and was not allergenic so it can be administered safely without worrying that it may have allergic effects. This natural protein can be produced and is readily available particularly in developing countries. It can be eaten in many forms such as the Ube Jam which tastes really good.
