Summer Lessons

It’s summer once again here in the Philippines and apart from going to the beach and sun bathe, what Filipino kids and young adults do is to take special summer lessons. Examples of these summer lessons are ballet dancing classes, voice lessons, belly dancing lessons, taekwondo/karate lessons and lessons for various instruments. And what’s good about taking such during summer is that schools for these lessons are offered at a much lesser “special price”. My eldest daughter, Maria, is now taking ballet classes and voice lessons while were here in the Philippines and so that she could enjoy her Philippine vacation.

I eat when I’m hungry and I don’t when I don’t feel hungry. But as I grew older and gained knowledge about health stuff, I found out that snacks help regulate our blood sugar level. Healthy snacks, indeed, plays a big role and it should be a part of our daily diet.

Sardines Pasta: The Verdict

It was a very fine day when I cooked sardines pasta for my extended family. It was a day to celebrate actually, for it was Easter Sunday.. Easter Sunday is as important as Christmas day for our family and so, I was tasked to make sardines pasta as part of the menu for our Easter celebration. I made the dish, which I believed, with a much better taste this time.. At first, my aunt commented that it tasted good. But subsequently, she said that the sauce was too creamy and I should make it next time with less cream and more milk. She even told me to make the dish again for the upcoming feast of our patron saint.

Get rid of skin flaws

In today’s generation, men and women alike are willing to spend a lot of money just to get rid of skin flaws.. And just for added information, I tried to search for the most common skin treatment that men usually avail. Here are the top five those treatments that men usually avail: 1) Diamond Peel- to get rid of acne scars and blemishes; 2) Light Cure Acne Therapy- for pimple breakouts and back acne; 3) Advanced Lacer Tone- for fine lines and wrinkles; 4) ReFirme- for loose, sagging skin; and 5) Shi Zen De Tox- for those who have skin fatigue. It’s actually surprising that even straight guys are getting these treatments. But we can’t blame them because they also have the right to look good and feel good about their selves.
