Jamaican Patties

I discovered a new yummy treat as I stay here in the Philippines for the summer. I was able to taste a dish called Jamaican Patties. It’s a ground beef in tomato sauce and chilli, wrapped in thin but crusty dough and fried to golden perfection. I really like it a lot as the taste of the tomato sauce compliments with the hotness of the chilli. A lot of varieties are available and they come in Mild Hot, Hot and Extra Hot. What I ordered was a Beef Grenada variety which was an extra hot. It was really an unforgettable gastronomic experience eating my beef grenada. I’m looking forward to taste beef curry next time.
