Best Pig in Asia

I couldn’t believe that TIME magazine proclaimed that the best pig in Asia is the Filipinos’ “Lechon Cebu”. We’ll, even me, I could never deny such fact. But for that fact to b recognized internationally, then, it’s our pride and pleasure. The dish is similar to the Chinese’s Roast Suckling Pig, however, our version is tangier and the skin is crispier. Moreover, a Filipino feast will not be a feast without this dish. In fact, a “Lechon Festival” is annually celebrated in the Philippines to showcase the dish to both local and international tourists.
