Wonder how flossing makes a healthy heart? Oh well, flossing your teeth everyday prevents gum disease which in worst cases can cause inflammations in different parts of the body and even trigger and cause heart diseases which can lead to stroke. What a connection right? But, that is a fact. So flossing is not just an ordinary hygiene routine, rather it is one way of taking care of the heart.

Sleep Well to Stay Fit and Sexy

Getting enough sleep like for at least eight hours a night would hasten and speed up one’s metabolism. When one is deeply asleep, cell repair and growth takes place, his hormonal level changes and carbohydrate metabolism increases and burns calories in your body. So aside from reducing stress and fatigue, we make our body healthy, fit, and sexy by taking sufficient and deep sleep everyday.
