Getting enough sleep like for at least eight hours a night would hasten and speed up one’s metabolism. When one is deeply asleep, cell repair and growth takes place, his hormonal level changes and carbohydrate metabolism increases and burns calories in your body. So aside from reducing stress and fatigue, we make our body healthy, fit, and sexy by taking sufficient and deep sleep everyday.
