Treadmill Rumors

Questions can hound most anyone interested in working out habitually. Is there more to the treadmill than meets the eye? How similar is it to walking on a flat, stationary surface? Are there any associated dangers or concerns? Finally, does it help in building the muscles? And to debunk the myths, treadmill only tones the muscles and not build them. So for those who wanted to build muscles, it takes an anaerobic weight training to build the muscle mass. However, spending time on a treadmill on a regular basis would be of great impact to a healthy body.
