Right Way of Eating Fruits

After being confined at the hospital due to stomach ache which was found out to be severe gastritis, almost ulcer, there were a lot of changes in my eating habits. Since that time, I no longer eat spicy and especially sour food, including fruits which are sour or acidic like pineapple, mango, and guava, until one day, I realized that fruits, even the sour ones, do not cause an acidic effect on my stomach if eaten the right way. And, the proper way to eat fruits is to consume them with an empty stomach, which is before and not after eating meals, and it truly worked for me. We all know that fruits are good for the heath and it is much better to eat them the proper way. Anyway, while I was at the hospital, I wasn’t bored at all because my sister brought her two laptop computers. I could still browse on the internet while I was there.

Lengua de Gato

When we went to Baguio last year, I found out that Lengua De Gato was one of the favorite delicacies in the place. I even bought some jars to be tasted. So I came across the recipe of this delicacy and tried to make one at home. We need ½ cup butter, ½ cup white sugar, 1 cup flour, 3 egg whites, and ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Then cream the butter with sugar until it is smooth. Then we blend the egg whites by putting a little amount and beat each time we make an addition. Then fold in the flour, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Pipe into a cookie sheet 2 inches long and leave 3 inches space between each cookie for spreading. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes or until edges are brown, and top cookies with butter and sugar.

school and office supplies

My daughter will be taking up summer classes. I think she will take arts and painting in the morning. On the afternoon she will attend her ballet class. Today, I will go shopping for school and office supplies for her. I am not sure I could find different sizes of brush but if I can’t, I will go to the other store.

tretinoin

I need to find the best acne solution for my skin. I am currently using the tretinoin but so far, I didn’t work for my skin. I think I need a stronger treatment or maybe my skin is already used of this bran because I have been using it for two years. A friend of mine told me that I need to change or switch a product from time to time.
