A Better Way to Exercise

I should start losing weight this month so that I could wear my terry romper while I am in the pool. We’ve been reading articles about the benefits of daily exercise, whether it’s in a form of jogging, walking, sports, etc. However, studies reveal that exercising daily would be performed much better and yield more efficient results if it is done in an alternate manner, meaning to prepare about three to four stunts or regimen and to execute them one at a time, or one kind of regimen per day. It would be more effective not to repeat the same regimen for everyday. Aside from the scientific basis based on thorough researches and studies, it would also lessen the chances of monotony.
