What is Preeclampsia?

When you have high blood pressure, excess protein in the urine, severe headache and sudden gain weight and you are pregnant, you may likely have preeclampsia. It may lead to a premature birth or induced labor near the end of pregnancy. Women whose mothers have preeclampsia are at a higher risk at their own pregnancy. Other significant factors are being overweight and older than 35 years old.
